The piece is acid etch signed Chalet on its underside. Chalet was started in Montreal as Murano Glass Inc. in 1960 and when it moved to Cornwall in 1962, the name was changed to Chalet. The employees at Chalet were glassblowers who immigrated to Canada from Murano, Italy. This piece is
