Asarum arifolium Anise Arrow Disporum The dusty purple stems spreadAsarum arifolium 'Anise Arrow' is a 2020 Plant Delights JLBG introduction of our selection of the southeast US native Asarum arifolium. We found this on a 2006 botanizing expedition in St. Clair County, Alabama, where it grew alongside Trillium decumbens and hepatica. In our garden, this clumping selection stood out for its vigor, leaf pattern, and dense growth. Having seen tens of thousands of this species in the wild, any clone we find worthy of
